Just to clarify the point that I was making yesterday; the screen shot below shows that band of holiday camp development that stretches from the River Waveney in the west to the Lords Lane village boundary in the east.

Once again, I will be remarking on these observations at the Parish Council meeting on Monday, 8th February, as part of the Strategic Vision discussion.

A Bit About Me

I am Mark Thompson and have been the Borough Councillor for the Lothingland Ward since 2000. This is my personal website.

I joined Burgh Castle Parish Council in 2002 and later took over the Chairmanship. I later moved from the village and at that time I decided that it would be prudent if I resigned from the Council.

I have subsequently returned to the Parish Council after a succession of Members resigned their seats. I did this to offer stability to the authority in the form of an experienced Member.

I have no intention of becoming Chairman and I maintain this blog as a personal record of my activities both as a Parish and Borough Councillor.
